Precision Translators' technological focus is not only on translation programs, but also on our staff who are highly trained in these programs. One of Precision Translators’ aims is to share this knowledge with the translation and business community through courses and consultations.
Trados Courses
These courses are aimed at training translators and businesses in managing TagEditor, Workbench, WinAlign, MultiTerm and Synergy, and preparing them for the SDL Trados certification exam.
Some of the topics covered are basic management of Translator’s Workbench, TagEditor and MultiTerm; aligning previous translations with WinAlign; project management with Synergy; glossary creation, importation and exportation with MultiTerm, among others.
Personalized Consultations
These are aimed at training people to use Trados, resolving any doubts they may have and providing advice and problem solving. These consultations take place at the Precision Translation offices or our trained personnel can visit your office or home.
Telephone Consultations
This is an alternative for those who cannot come to the Precision Translator offices or prefer remote assistance via phone. This service is offered for a fixed period or a set number of hours.
On-line Cons
The new developments in communications create opportunities to provide remote support through the Internet. Precision Translators offers consultations through instant messaging programs or email. This service is offered for a fixed period or a set number of hours.
